The Friends of the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt is continuing its annual tradition, the Holiday Project, now in its 39th year.

The Friends of the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt is continuing its annual tradition, the Holiday Project, now in its 39th year.

An artistic reindeer, Santa and happy snowmen are among the holiday cards and gift items for sale this season. The Holiday Project features child-created art by children — patients and siblings — whose lives have been touched by Children’s Hospital.

These unique creations are sold to raise money to support patients and families at Children’s Hospital. All proceeds benefit the hospital. Items for sale include holiday cards, gift tags, wrapping paper, cheese biscuits, Christie Cookies and Bongo Java coffee and are available online at childrenshospital.vander-bilt.org/holidayproject.

All orders must be placed by noon on Thursday, Dec. 20, to guarantee delivery by Monday, Dec. 24. The website also includes a list of area retail outlets selling the products during the holidays. For more information, send an email to friendsofchildrenshospital@vanderbilt.edu or call 343-8660.
