Beginning Sept. 5, the university’s wireless network, vuNet, will no longer be available in Vanderbilt University Medical Center buildings. Students, researchers and other university collaborators who frequent VUMC buildings should configure their devices to both VUMCEmployee and vuNet.

To connect a device to the new wireless network, select VUMCEmployeeSetup. Users will only need to set up this connection once. Detailed instructions for connecting to VUMCEmployee are available on VUMC IT’s wireless pages.

VUMC introduced the new wireless network for its employees on June 1. Wireless network names will not change in university buildings.
