VICC’s annual Cancer Survivors Celebration set for Sept. 10

Aug. 24, 2017—Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center (VICC) will host the 2017 Cancer Survivors Celebration Sunday, Sept. 10, from 2–4 p.m. This year’s free event, offered in partnership with Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, will be held at the Vanderbilt Student Life Center, 310 25th Ave. South.

Concert highlights upcoming cancer survivorship celebration

Oct. 10, 2013—There are nearly 13 million cancer survivors in the United States thanks to intensive cancer research, improved treatments and cancer support programs. In celebration of cancer survivors and those patients who have passed away from the disease, Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, in partnership with Gilda’s Club Nashville, will host the 2013 Cancer Survivorship Celebration.
