Pal to lead VICC Cancer Health Disparities program

Jun. 8, 2017—Clinical geneticist Tuya Pal, M.D., has joined Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center (VICC) as associate director of Cancer Health Disparities. Pal also has been named an associate professor of Medicine and Ingram Associate Professor of Cancer Research.

New certification focuses on genetics nursing

Feb. 5, 2015—A nurse practitioner at the Vanderbilt Hereditary Cancer clinic is expected to be one of the first nurses in the country to receive a newly created certification in Advanced Genetics Nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
