Oct. 21, 2015—World Travel Service will hold meet-and-greet sessions Tuesday, Oct. 27, in Light Hall and Sarratt Cinema, just prior to taking over as Vanderbilt’s new travel agency next Friday.

Dec. 8, 2014—Starting Jan. 1, all employee reimbursements will be done through Concur.
Mar. 5, 2014—Concur, the online expense system, opens Tuesday for most types of employee reimbursements. The expense system will be disabled on Monday, but travel arrangements may still be made.
Feb. 26, 2014—The new expense reporting system, Concur, will accept most employee reimbursements as of March 11.
Oct. 21, 2013—More than 6,700 users have set up travel profiles. More than 4,125 trips have been booked, and travelers have received more than $2.6 million in reimbursements, 80 percent within three to five days of their report being approved.
