May. 29, 2019—Elizabeth Card, MSN, RN, APRN, FNP-BC, nursing research consultant and nurse practitioner, has been named president-elect for the American Society for PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ASPAN). She will serve as president beginning in April 2020.
New publication highlights research by VUMC nurses
Jul. 12, 2018—Nurse researchers have a powerful new outlet to share their work with the Vanderbilt community. It’s called The Empowered Nurse, a twice-yearly, peer-reviewed journal for and about nursing research. The Office of Nursing Research released the first issue in May in celebration of Nurses Week.
