Happy December! In lieu of our regular December Chat Room gathering, the ODI team will be taking a rest month but wanted to share a few words of encouragement with you as we wrap up 2023 and embark into a new year together. We sincerely thank all of you who have joined us for any of the Chat Rooms this year, the ERGs who partnered with us and share their stories and more about their groups, and our workforce that continues to be dedicated to an organization that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion.
