Beginning Sept. 30 at 6 a.m., VUMC HAR department will be performing a crane lift to remove equipment from the roof of the South Tower of Vanderbilt University Hospital as part of an ongoing HVAC renovation project. This effort has been coordinated with VUMC Life Flight, Vanderbilt Police Department, and the VUMC Traffic and Parking Department and is scheduled to be completed by 3 p.m. While the work is underway, pedestrian and vehicle traffic will be redirected on the north end of Medical Center Drive to provide safe pathways for patients and employees while work is in progress.
