A research paper written by Shari Barkin, M.D., director of the Division of General Pediatrics at Vanderbilt, was selected as the best abstract at the recent Global Consensus in Pediatrics International Meeting in Paris, France.
Barkin's abstract, “Changing Growth Trajectories in Early Childhood with Overweight Latino Preschoolers,” was selected as best from among 400 submitted at the meeting.
