Helen Griffith shows off her artwork at an annual party hosted recently by the Friends of the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. Griffith's brother, Hall, is in the background giving her a thumbs up. The party celebrated former patients whose art was chosen to be featured in the hospital’s annual holiday card sale. The Friends organization sells the cards, along with treats wrapped in holiday cheer, to benefit the hospital. This year's Holiday Project sale launched Oct. 1.
