In the Vanderbilt 2003 Open Enrollment Packet, please note that Vanderbilt Preferred VUMC and VMG Affiliates column includes all community pediatricians, meaning that preventative care copays are the same, $15 for both VUMC & VMG Affiliates as well as community pediatricians.
Open Enrollment, the time when employee elect benefit changes, ends Oct. 18. All forms must be returned to Benefits Customer Service by 5 p.m. on that day.
Benefit Representatives will be available for questions and to collect OE forms at designated drop-off sites throughout Open Enrollment. Throughout the OE period, there will be two drop boxes for OE forms available in the lobby of Sarratt and Medical Center North for persons with no questions.
