Vanderbilt University School of Nursing’s yearlong Centennial Celebration kicked off with a gala celebration on Wednesday that featured, among others, VUSN Dean Colleen Conway-Welch, Ph.D., and Harry Jacobson, M.D., vice chancellor for Health Affairs. During the 2008-2009 academic year, the School of Nursing will celebrate turning 100 years old with a series of activities and special events honoring its rich history.
