In late August a number of faculty members and other employees received a notice regarding a class action settlement from the Settlement Administrator that has been appointed in the matter.
We have recently learned that the Settlement Administrator inadvertently sent settlement notices to a number of current participants in the VUMC plan. To correct that error, the Settlement Administrator has now sent supplemental notices to those who received the first incorrect communication.
As before, these notices are legitimate communications and are not phishing emails or SPAM. If you have received and have questions about this settlement notice, please contact the Settlement Administrator directly (contact information is provided in the notice) or the law firm which represents potential class members in the settlement (also included in the settlement notice).
