‘Centering Pregnancy’ is innovative approach to pre-natal care

They face nine months of watching their body change. Pregnancy can be an exciting time, but also a scary time. At the Vanderbilt School of Nursing, master’s trained nurse midwives have a new program to help bridge the loneliness and isolation of pregnancy. “Centering Pregnancy”, the first in the state of Tennessee, is an innovative pre-natal care approach where “future moms” learn from “moms already.” Barb Cramer has the story…(Click here to see video)
