Open Enrollment is coming: Do you know your VUnetID and ePassword?

Open Enrollment for 2013 benefits is Oct. 17-31. This is an active enrollment, and all benefits-eligible employees need to enroll.

When you enroll, you will need your VUnetID and ePassword. Please check that you know your VUnetID and ePassword before Open Enrollment begins.

If you have not used your ePassword since last year’s Open Enrollment, your ePassword has expired and you will need to reset it by:

  • Contacting your local support provider, the VUMC Help Desk (343-4357) or the ITS Help Desk (343-9999).
  • Asking the support provider to “reclaim” your account.
  • Once your account is reclaimed, go to the ePassword website and click on the “Re-authenticate” button. Then follow the directions to reset your ePassword. You will need the last five digits of your Social Security number, your birth date and your legal first and last names.

If you have used your ePassword since last year’s Open Enrollment but can’t remember it, go to the ePassword website and scroll down to the section “Forgotten Password.”

If you can’t remember your VUnetID or ePassword, contact the VUMC Help Desk at 343-4357 or the ITS Help Desk at 343-9999.
