Hailey Willis, left, and her sister, Alyssa, stand in front of 22 boxes of gifts they donated to the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in honor of Hailey’s seventh birthday. The Wilson County girl decided to donate all her presents this year to Children’s Hospital, an effort that grew into a gift-giving extravaganza involving her neighbors, school and church. The donation also included a check for $500, which Hailey is holding.
