On April 23, Nashville Mayor Karl Dean announced the return of popular music series, “Nashville Dancin’ presented by Dollar General.” The free event, formerly known as Dancin’ in the District, will host local and national talent Thursday nights throughout the summer kicking off June 13 and continuing through Aug. 1 on Nashville’s Riverfront Park. Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt has been named a charity of choice and will be featured in the event’s text-to-donate campaign.
