New billing system for telephones in place as of November 2014

Vanderbilt IT recently changed the system for billing and managing telephones and telephone-related services.

In early December, customers will receive their November bills, which were produced with this new system.

Please review your bill and report any discrepancies, along with items you do not understand, to (615) 343-9999 (press 8 at the main menu).
