Save the date for annual MLK lecture

Rita Adeniran

Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and School of Medicine, in conjunction with the 2016 Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Series, will present Dr. Rita K. Adeniran on Monday, Jan. 18, 2016. Her presentation is titled “Rising Above the Scars: My Journey to Overcoming Adversity and How Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Teachings Mirror My Journey.”

Adeniran is president and CEO of Innovative and Inclusive Global Solutions.

The lecture will take place at noon in Light Hall, Room 208, and is open to the public. A student volunteer community service opportunity will follow the talk.
