Child and Family Center to host Nov. 18 lunch and learn on self-care tips for family caregivers

The Vanderbilt Child and Family Center will host a lunch-and-learn event on Wednesday, Nov. 18, from noon to 1 p.m. in Light Hall, Room 433, discussing self-care tips for family caregivers.

Abby Parish, a geriatric nurse practitioner at the Vanderbilt School of Nursing, will talk about the importance of self-care and how family caregivers can fit it in to a hectic schedule.
