AccessVU to be unavailable April 29–May 1

AccessVU, the tool that supports creating new VUNetIDs, changing ePasswords and other services, will be unavailable from 5 p.m. April 29 to 2 p.m. May 1.

AccessVU will be unavailable from Friday, April 29, at 5 p.m. until Sunday, May 1, at 2 p.m., during the process of the legal separation of the university and medical center.

Services that will be unavailable include:

  • Claiming VUnetID accounts
  • Changing ePasswords
  • Resetting ePasswords
  • Setting new PINs on Clinical Workstation HID cards
  • Creation of new VUnetIDs
  • Creation of new Guest Accounts
  • Managing personal options for VUnetIDs, such as setting recovery questions, setting visible name in GAL, and setting or changing preferred email addresses.
