Patients at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt learned to make guacamole thanks to a visit and cooking demonstration from Chuy’s chef and general manager Gregg Demaso. Representatives from the Tex Mex restaurant’s Nashville Midtown location provided chips, guacamole and salsa to patients and families in attendance at this first-of-its-kind cooking event in Seacrest Studios.
