With the help of more than 100 submissions from colleagues across Vanderbilt University Medical Center, the Strategic Marketing team has concluded its campaign in search of outdated VUMC logos, with a goal to have them removed by 2020.
Although VUMC unveiled new visual identity standards more than eight years ago, the old “buzzsaw” logo still lurks in signage, web-based forms, floor designs and linens, interfering with the Medical Center’s effort to maintain visual brand consistency.
While no additional prizes are being offered in exchange for reported sightings, instances of the logo around campus may still be reported to buzzsaw@vumc.org.
