Kronos to be available next pay cycle

VUMC is actively working with Kronos to get both the time clocks and the online version of Kronos operational.

Pending any issues, Kronos will be available on the dates below for the following users:

 Non-Exempt Medical Center, Home Care, & VIP employees

Feb. 13

Union employees

Feb. 14

Exempt employees

Feb. 14

 

 

 

 

 

Non-Exempt Employees

Managers and Timekeepers of Non-Exempt Medical Center, Home Care, and VIP staff must continue to use the Time Tracker Application through the pay period ending Feb. 12.

Any time not recorded in the Time Tracker Application for this pay period will not be processed for payment.

Union Employees

Managers and Timekeepers of Union staff must continue to use the Time Tracker Application through the pay period ending Feb. 13.

Any time not recorded in the Time Tracker Application for this pay period will not be processed for payment.

Exempt Employees

Exempt employees will have access to Kronos on Feb. 14. All time off taken for the months of December, January, and February must be submitted in Kronos by February 28. Note that the PTO balances will not be accurately reflected until end of March in Kronos and C2HR.
