The Courtyard Café, located on the second floor of the The Vanderbilt Clinic, re-opened its popular salad bar Wednesday, March 16. This comes after suspending the salad bar for nearly two years due to COVID-19 safety protocols.
The salad bar features a variety of fresh and in-season produce, along with proteins, toppings and different lettuce mixes. Guests can customize a fresh salad with 25 different toppings, which helps meet the recommended five servings of vegetables and fruit each day. The salad costs 59 cents per ounce. The salad bar also includes a choice of three soups each day, including chili which is offered daily. Soup prices are $2.29 for 8 ounces and $2.59 for 12 ounces.
