Staff working on the May 30 Memorial Day holiday should continue to park in assigned areas, with the exception of N Lot and Lot 127 parkers. Due to limited shuttle service, those who park in these lots should park in the South Garage on levels 5-7, in the 25th Avenue Garage using the 25th Avenue entrance, or the Central Garage on levels 4-6.
Staff should not park in patient spaces, as those will be needed by visiting patients. These patient areas include the East Garage, Central Garage levels 1-3, and the South Garage levels G-4.
Normal parking will apply to all other days.
Shuttles will not run with the exception of patient transport, which will operate from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Those with a patient needing to use this service on the holiday should call 615-936-1215.
Staff who have transportation needs should call the Parking Permit Office at 615-936-1215 to make arrangements.
Shuttles will follow the normal schedule all other days.
