The MyWorkday What’s Happening? video series returns with a new installment, “What’s Happening with Purchasing and Receiving.” These short videos star the MyWorkday “spokescloud,” MW, and give employees a peek into some of the new functionality coming with the new Workday system. Watching each video will help employees better understand how common functionality will work within the new system.
This latest installment focuses on the purchasing process, including requisitions, approvals, notifications of receipt, and invoice creation and payment.
The MyWorkday program is VUMC’s enterprise-wide project to replace existing business systems and processes, including HR, supply chain, and finance. The new systems will arrive at Vanderbilt University Medical Center on April 1, 2023.
