On Nov. 15, 2022, Vanderbilt Enterprise Cybersecurity will block access to all the legacy Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) services from all VUMC Applications. Traffic from Vanderbilt University IPs will not be impacted by this change.
If you are an application or system owner who continues to use the legacy LDAP services, please know that the current version of Oracle LDAP is going out of extended support and VUMC systems and IP addresses will no longer have access to these services after Nov.15.
