Hear from the MyWorkday “spokescloud,” MW, in the latest installment in our What’s Happening? video series. This newest video provides an easy-to-understand explanation of how employees will be trained to use our two new cloud-based systems, Workday and Tecsys.
Employees will have access to web-based learning modules based on their roles and the work they do, go live readiness sessions for highly impacted groups (such as cost center managers), and an in-system “guide” known as WalkMe that provides tips for navigating Workday.
Each of the short videos in the What’s Happening? series stars the MyWorkday “spokescloud,” MW. Watching each video will help employees better understand how common functionality will work within the new system and how to prepare for the transition coming April 1, 2023.
The MyWorkday program is VUMC’s enterprise-wide project to replace existing business systems and processes, including HR, supply chain, and finance. The new systems will arrive at Vanderbilt University Medical Center on April 1, 2023.
