The Office of Health Equity (OHE) announces the release of the 2024 Health Equity Innovation Awards: Call for Ideas. The Health Equity Innovation Awards support innovative ideas and solutions to advance health equity and improve health outcomes for historically marginalized and minoritized groups.
OHE will provide support of up to $10,000 to VUMC faculty, staff, residents, fellows, and post-docs. VU students in medicine, nursing, public health, and other disciplines may apply ideas directly relevant to VUMC.
Interested applicants should submit an Intent to Apply here by Friday, February 24th, 2023. The Intent to Apply is not required but highly preferred. Completed applications must be submitted by Friday, March 3.
The VUMC Office of Health Equity serves as an institutional home for catalyzing and enabling educational, research, clinical, and operational initiatives to prevent and address inequities in health among marginalized, minoritized, and socially disadvantaged populations.
