William Schaffner, MD, professor of Preventive Medicine, continues to be one of the most in-demand sources about RSV, COVID-19, influenza and other subjects in the news. Among the news organizations he has spoken with recently: Prevention,  Bloomberg,  WebMD and Al Jazeera.

James Jackson, PsyD, was interviewed by The Washington Post writer Lenny Bernstein about the aftereffects of ICU care. The conversation was sparked by Senator John Fetterman being treated for depression after a hospital stay due to a stroke.

Reporters for Time and The Washington Post interviewed Ryan Darby, MD, director of the Frontotemporal Dementia Clinic, about frontotemporal dementia in light of Bruce Willis’s diagnosis. Topices included how FTD differs from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease and what the latest treatments are.
