Responding to two clear calls to action from Dr. Jeff Balser, President and CEO, in his remarks from February’s Leadership Assembly, VUMC leaders will hold Discover, Learn, and Share sessions with their teams throughout the month of March.
Leaders can use the provided toolkit to help guide these sessions, using transparent and open communication to hear ideas for saving money and how to do our work more efficiently.  These insights will be shared in a feedback form by Apr. 5, 2023.

Leaders are also encouraged to:

• Share 5 Things to Know from February’s Leadership Assembly with their teams
• Incorporate copies of the slide presentations in huddles and meetings
• Celebrate and showcase our Elevate Award recipient videos – Credo, Five Pillar Leader, and Elevate Team Award

• Share the second quarter pillar goal results with your teams
