Researchers within the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center and the CDC-sponsored Children’s Mental Health Champions program are interested in assessing the experiences of parents and caregivers of children, adolescents, and young adults with disabilities between the ages of 1.5 and 22 years old who also have behavioral/mental health concerns. They seek to understand which types of mental and behavioral health services exist in Tennessee and how difficult these services are to obtain for children, adolescents, and young adults with disabilities.
To gather this information, research participants are sought to complete an anonymous, web-based survey. This survey should take 30-45 minutes. Answers on this questionnaire are completely optional and will be used anonymously in ongoing research on mental or behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and young adults with disabilities.
Participants who complete the survey enter a drawing to win one of 30 $25 Target gift cards. Click here to take the survey.
