Beginning Aug. 23, upon signature of “Admit to Hospice in Place” or “Ambulatory Referral to Hospice,” a Hospice FYI Flag and Hospice Care Patient banner will be set on patients 18 and older.
Users can manually remove the flag if desired.
This change will allow easy identification of adult patients referred for hospice care.
