Fresh ideas, prizes, and a networking reception. That’s what StrategyShare 2023 attendees can expect Oct. 25 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at Langford Auditorium. The 90-minute program is open to every member of the VUMC community. No RSVP is required.
All in-person attendees will have a chance to win Vanderbilt University basketball tickets; free, professional headshots for online profiles; gift baskets, and more.
The features a variety of VUMC speakers who will share ways they are tackling issues, thinking differently, discovering knowledge, and improving outcomes for the communities we serve.
StrategyShare attendees are also encouraged to attend a reception to celebrate innovation throughout our organization and gather as a community in a face-to-face setting. The reception follows the program and runs until 5:30 p.m. in the Langford Auditorium Lobby.

Giveaways for In-person attendees: Gift baskets, Vanderbilt University Men’s Basketball tickets. Up to 25 in-person attendees will have a chance to win professional headshots from VUMC photographers for online platforms.

Free Parking: 25th Ave. garage, on levels 3 – 10 only, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. VUMC and VU share this garage. Park in the Medical Center side by entering the 24th Ave. side or Highland Ave. entrance of the garage. When entering at the Highland Avenue entrance, please proceed through the internal parking gates to access the Medical Center parking area. Parking is available on levels 3 – 10.
