The Office of Diversity & Inclusion’s Chat Room Series returns for the new year, and the theme for 2024 is “Becoming an Anti-Racism Organization.” This is in alignment with the Racial Equity Plan’s objective of cultivate an inclusive environment free of racism. In the session for January, “Understanding Anti-Racism,” participants will gain a foundational understanding of anti-racism, and what Vanderbilt Health is doing to become a more anti-racist organization.
