Academy for Excellence in Education 2024 award nominations open; deadline is Feb. 25

In support of its mission to promote and celebrate educational excellence, the Academy for Excellence in Education offers multiple awards to recognize outstanding educators across the VUSM and VUMC community. Awards are typically given at the AEE’s Annual Chapman dinner in the Spring.

The awards are:

• The Early Impact Award
• The Geoffrey David Chazen Award for “Innovation in Medical Education” for Faculty
• The Lillian B. Nanney Award for “Outstanding Service to the VUSM/VUMC Community of Educators”
