A familiar voice will be speaking in an advertisement created by Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) that is scheduled to run this Sunday during the big game in two 30-second spots, one at 6:31p.m. CST and another 7:36 p.m. CST.
As part of the overall Vanderbilt Health “Join Us” recruitment campaign, the newest TV commercial is entitled “Be A Part of the Team,” narrated by country superstar Tim McGraw.
McGraw provided his talent to support the mission of Vanderbilt Health. VUMC President and CEO Jeff Balser, MD, PhD, also dean of the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, made the announcement during the January 2024 Leadership Assembly.
“We have a new commercial that country music legend Tim McGraw narrated for us, honoring the importance of our teams and how they work together,” Balser said. “A special thanks to Tim for generously donating his time and being a great friend to Vanderbilt for so many years. We are grateful for his support.”
The commercial spot is scheduled to air regionally during the football coverage across 45 counties in Middle Tennessee.
