To better capture the work that clinicians do for more accurate evaluation and management coding, anyone who uses Vandy Notes will now see a new process.
This new process will automatically extract the work of the chart review and include it in the appropriate note section without any work on the user’s part. “I reviewed notes” section has been added to the data review table within most Vandy Note 2.0 templates.
This box will automatically be populated with the logged in user’s prior actions during that day within a given patient’s chart. Specifically, any accesses of Tennessee CSMD or review of any eligible notes will be automatically added to the box. This data will be refreshed automatically when a note is copy-forwarded.
