Postdoc Awards Ceremony set for May 23

The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs and the Vanderbilt Postdoctoral Association will recognize the university’s exemplary postdoctoral scholars and faculty mentorship at the 2024 Postdoc Awards Ceremony on Thursday, May 23. The event will begin at 3 p.m. in the Joe C. Davis Memorial Hall at Alumni Hall, with a reception to follow.

Vanderbilt’s community of postdoctoral scholars plays a key role in advancing the university’s globally renowned research projects. Join us as we acknowledge these postdocs, who demonstrate excellence in research, service, mentorship, and a commitment to the postdoc community. An outstanding faculty mentor, who demonstrates a willingness to share expertise and advice, will also be recognized.

Additionally, the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs will present the inaugural outstanding campus partner award at the ceremony.

All award recipients will be featured in the Graduate School sesquicentennial time capsule, to be opened in 2074.
