Health Plus offers seasonal challenges to help you maintain weight. When you join these challenges you gain accountability and access to coaching and resources through Health Plus. Hold the Stuffing Weight Maintenance Challenge begins Nov. 13.
Here’s How It Works:
Submit an initial weigh-in at the beginning of the challenge anytime from November 13-27. Participants will receive weekly resources to promote good health throughout the season. The final weigh-in will be anytime from Jan. 6-17, 2025.
Earn Rewards: Maintain your weight (gain no more than 2 pounds) to be entered into a prize drawing. Grand prize winners will receive an Amazon eGift card for $150 and runner-up winners will receive an Amazon eGift card for $25.
How to Submit Your Weigh-ins:
Self-Report: If you have access to a scale, you can securely upload your weight here.
In-person: Attend a Know Your Numbers event to weigh-in.
Higi Machines: VUMC faculty and staff can check weight with Higi machines. Connect your Higi account here, then complete this survey to allow Health Plus to retrieve your measurement taken during the challenge dates. Weigh with Higi (drop down):
VUMC has 2 Higi machines located on the main campus:
- Light Hall, South Lobby
- Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt (located on 2nd floor hallway near the Wadlington Conference Rooms)
Higi machines can also be found across the U.S. Use the higi locator to find a station near you!
How to send Higi measurements to Health Plus:
- Create a Higi Account
- Log in to the Health & Wellness Information Portal (HWIP).
- Click on “Connect to Higi”.
