The 2025 Health Plus Wellness League begins April 1. Wellness Champions can sign up to lead their team through this six-month physical activity tracking competition. This season introduces individual contests, mini challenges, and chances to win great prizes. The team with the most steps at the end of the season will win a grand prize package for the team to enjoy.
