AlertVU is used at Vanderbilt University Medical Center to alert all students, faculty and staff in the event of an emergency that poses an imminent threat or danger to the Vanderbilt community. AlertVU notifications are always delivered to the user’s Vanderbilt email address, and users may also elect to receive notifications via mobile phone (voice or text), landline or a personal email address. The next full-scale test of the system will take place at 2 p.m. Sept. 9.
How to update your contact information: VUMC Employees
