The second Annual Vanderbilt Women’s Heart and Neurology Symposium will be held Feb. 20 as a hybrid event, offering an in-person option at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Vanderbilt Hotel and online.
Mary Norine Walsh, MD, medical director at Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center in Indianapolis, will present the keynote address “Advances in Cardiovascular Care for Women.” Vanderbilt Health faculty will present talks to strengthen clinical knowledge of cardiovascular and neurological care of female patients.
The event is a one day, case-based educational symposium presented by expert faculty from multidisciplinary backgrounds who will provide the latest information relevant to care of female patients across the lifespan. This educational event is well-suited for physicians and advanced practice practitioners from specialties relevant to women’s heart health, including cardiology, neurology, internal medicine, family practice and OB/GYN.
