When you complete the Culture Survey, you influence VUMC’s future.
This year’s survey is a wonderful opportunity to share your insights on the organization’s strengths, areas for improvement, and diversity and inclusion. All responses are confidential. Survey results will turn into actionable items.
The more people who participate, the more meaningful the results. We want to achieve a 90% participation rate. So, I ask the roughly 8,500 people who have not yet completed the Culture Survey to please do so. Take advantage of the one-week deadline extension and submit your survey responses by Tuesday, May 24.
