We are only a week away from our 10th Flulapalooza event, and even though more VUMC faculty and staff working from home or on a hybrid schedule this year, it’s easy for you to join the event, whether you are fully remote or just offsite on Sept. 28.
Flulapalooza starts at 6 a.m. and lasts until 6 p.m., which gives both our onsite and offsite employees plenty of time to come by and get a flu shot. Since the event will be held between Light Hall & the VA Hospital, free event parking has been arranged for all remote workers in the 25th Avenue Staff Garage. Parking stickers are not required to attend Flulapalooza. You can use the 25th Avenue or the 24th Avenue garage entrances.
Flulapalooza is a great opportunity to receive your free flu shot, reconnect with coworkers face-to-face, and grab some free giveaway items on your way out.
Don’t forget to wear short sleeves and a mask, and bring your Vanderbilt ID.
