Panera Bread is now open on the 21st Avenue campus. The new restaurant is in the space formerly occupied by Au Bon Pain, with entrances off the VUMC Plaza and the second floor of the Vanderbilt University Hospital.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to midnight; Saturday and Sunday, 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The fast-casual restaurant offers a full menu of healthy options, including a variety of grab & go items for dine in, to go or Rapid Pick-Up.
