Bistro on Eight, the coffee and grab-and-go shop on the eighth floor of the Medical Center East – South Tower, is extending its opening hours. Beginning Sept. 23, it will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

- The Courtyard Cafe is also now offering a spicy breaded chicken sandwich at its grill station for $5.99.
- The Courtyard Cafe has extended hours for Deli and Mindful Stations: Deli Hours: Monday -Friday (11 a.m.-8 p.m.); Happy Hours are Tuesday-Thursday (3:30 – 5:30 p.m.), located at the Mindful Station; Mindful Hours are Tuesday-Thursday (11 p.m.-1 a.m.)
