The Office of Diversity and Inclusion’s October Chat Room topic is “Identity, Privilege and Power.” Attendees will explore and examine the interconnectedness of identity, social privilege, and power dynamics within various social, cultural, and institutional contexts and how they shape people’s lives and perceived social norms.
