School of Nursing dean emerita named ‘living legend’

Colleen Conway-Welch, dean emerita of the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, has been named a Living Legend by the American Academy of Nursing, one of nursing’s most distinguished and prestigious professional organizations.

Football opener will affect some automobile parking Sept. 1

The Vanderbilt football team opens its 2016 season on Thursday, Sept. 1, with a nationally televised game against South Carolina. With the game being played on a workday, some adjustments to parking and traffic flow are necessary.
